Everything is available directly from stock.

We use a real-time stock system. For each article or size it is indicated whether it is in stock or not. So if you can order the item it is also in stock. After you have completed the order, the article is immediately reserved for you.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing the order. If you have not received it, please check your spam box first. Add our email address [email protected] to your address book, so you always receive our mail.

Cancellation of order

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you must do so as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled. Cancellations can only be made by email to [email protected].

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Albania, Andorra, Belgium, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Not seeing your country?

We're genuinely sorry — and honestly, a little frustrated ourselves.

We'd love nothing more than to send our products to you. But new packaging and product rules across Europe now require sellers to register, report and pay separately in almost every individual country they ship to. For a large corporation that's a line item. For a small business like ours, it means a mountain of separate registrations, fees and paperwork for each country — costs and admin that are wildly out of proportion to the handful of parcels we'd send there.

So we've had to make a choice we really didn't want to make: for now, we can only ship to the countries listed above. It pains us to turn away customers who simply want to buy something from us, and we know how disappointing it is to get this far and find your country missing from the list. We feel it too.

This isn't where we want to be, and we're doing what we can to change it. As these rules settle and become more manageable for small businesses, we fully intend to open our doors to more countries again. Shipping cost

* Destinations outside the EU (all countries except Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands) may take longer to arrive, as parcels can be held at customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

The postcodes below are exceptions to our standard delivery service

All successful orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays will ship the same day. UPS will not deliver during weekends unless tracking tells you otherwise.
